is a nonprofit organization that serves the needs of children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses. Bravekids.org provides a comprehensive directory of health care specialists, relevant medical information from health care professionals, a community chat room, interactive contests and an online store for children with special health needs. Friends' Health Connection
provides one-to-one support for people with health problems and their families. Call Friends' at: 1-800/48-FRIEND or visit their website at www.48friend.org. This award winning program is wonderful at matching people of all ages and their family members!

MACS (Make A Child Smile)
is an internet based, non-profit organization that provides emotional and financial support to critically ill children and their families. Each month, 3 children with severe/chronic illnesses are featured on our organization's website. Visitors to the site can participate by sending the featured children and their siblings cards, letters, and small gifts through postal mail. Find them at: www.makeachildsmile.org

@neworld:
@neWorld is designed to be a virtual community for kids with cancer. The site is private and protected and can be accessed by becoming a member. @neworld helps children with cancer interact with classmates and provides classroom activities online; identifies a community of peers with similar medical conditions and allows you to interact with one another; makes it possible to interact with doctors and family members online, too. Precious Parcels
a nondenominational, free Christian Ministry to kids fighting cancer. Tri-Delta Pals
Kids Cancer Network and Tri-Delta Sorority match kids with a college student for special encouragement! Tri-Delts send notes of encouragement and surprises to cheer during cancer treatment. To sign-up, go to the Tri-Delta Pen-Friend section of our main menu, and download your application. Matches are made in late October, late January, and late April of each school year.
